Terms of Service

Last Updated: January 1, 2026

1. The Service

Event Weather Planner is a service provided by MubergApps. It provides climate analysis based on historical data. It is a tool for planning, not a crystal ball.

2. THE BIG DISCLAIMER: This is NOT a Forecast

This tool analyzes up to 30 years of historical weather patterns to give you a statistical probability of what might happen.

  • Past performance does not guarantee future results.
  • Weather is chaotic. A "10% chance of rain" based on history does not mean it won't pour on your specific event date this year.
  • Liability: We are not responsible for any plans, financial commitments, or cancellations made based on the information provided by this tool. Use this data as one of many inputs, not as the sole source of truth.

3. Professional Advice

If your event is safety-critical or involves significant financial risk (e.g., an outdoor wedding, a flight, a festival), consult a professional meteorologist and get appropriate weather insurance.

4. No Warranty

The service is provided "AS IS." We use high-quality open data, but we don't guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or availability.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is capped at $0. We are not liable for consequential damages like lost profits or ruined events. Event Weather Planner is a free service provided "AS IS."

6. Governing Law

New York law applies. Any legal disputes will be handled in the courts of New York. We encourage you to reach out via email first so we can resolve any issues directly.

Important Notice

EventWeatherPlanner provides climatological analysis based on 30+ years of historical data.

This is NOT a Forecast.

Historical patterns do not guarantee future weather. Weather is chaotic; use this data as one of many planning inputs.

How Your Data is Fetched

Your browser fetches historical weather data directly from Open-Meteo, a free, open-source weather API. This is no different from visiting the Open-Meteo website yourself — your IP address is visible to them in exactly the same way. Usage is subject to Open-Meteo's free tier limits.

By continuing, you agree to our Terms of Service and Disclaimer, and acknowledge that we are not liable for any decisions made based on this data.
